Als Reservations Trainee ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gasten die contact opnemen via telefoon, e-mail of berichten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het gehele proces vanaf het moment dat een gast een reservering maakt of een boekingsverzoek indient, tot het moment dat de gast in het hotel arriveert.
De Rol
Je voert verschillende administratieve taken uit, zoals het voorbereiden van offertes, het verwerken van annuleringen of wijzigingen en het beheren van klachten. Nauwkeurigheid is belangrijk; je controleert betalingen zorgvuldig en zorgt voor een soepele, duidelijke communicatie met gasten.
Binnen de afdeling Reserveringen krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en wordt van je verwacht dat je snel tussen taken schakelt. Omdat je voor verschillende hotels werkt, ervaar je veel variatie en uitdaging. Je belangrijkste werkplek is het Support Office in Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark, waar het team werkt in een hybride model (50/50 kantoor/thuis).
