In this role, you will help create and manage inspiring meetings and events. You will experience both the tranquility of our beautiful surroundings and the bustle of ringing phones and a busy inbox. You will communicate with our clients via phone and email and welcome them for tours. Your goal is to build strong relationships with clients while actively seeking commercial opportunities. You will process client requests, provide advice, and collaborate on tailored solutions.

Conferentiehotel Kontakt der Kontinenten is a uniquely versatile conference hotel, welcoming diverse guests daily and handling a wide variety of booking requests.
Responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional service.
- Conduct tours for potential clients and showcase our facilities.
- Identify and pursue commercial opportunities to enhance bookings.
- Process client requests and offer tailored advice and solutions.
What We Offer
- Gross salary between €2,645.47 and €3,289.31 (based on a 38-hour workweek, Hospitality CAO job group 6).
- Welcome bonus of up to €250 net.

Requirements
- Available for 38 hours per week.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
