As a Reservations Agent at INNSiDE, you will collaborate with a passionate team to deliver outstanding service and promote the service culture that distinguishes us from competitors. You will be knowledgeable about reservation procedures and responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by surprising and delighting them with your local insights or personalized surprises for special occasions.

The Role

You will act as an ambassador for excellent service, efficiently handling all guest requests and inquiries via email or phone while upholding high service standards. Additionally, you will proactively promote sales through upselling and a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
