The Role

As a Reservations Agent, you will be the friendly voice our guests rely on for excellent service during the booking process, particularly on Fridays and weekends. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and processing bookings, overbookings, and options
• Correcting invoices, handling payments, and performing accounting tasks
• Maintaining OPERA Cloud and our electronic booking systems
• Generating and verifying invoices for debtors and creditors according to our pricing policy
• Managing deposits and ensuring timely payment receipts
• Supporting both the Sales and Front Office teams during peak times

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship in the hotel trade or relevant professional experience in the hotel/catering/customer call centre industry, or seeking a career change
• Strong sense of quality and service, with hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
• Excellent communication skills and manners, with a solid command of English (both written and spoken)
• Team-oriented and willing to assist across departments to achieve collective results
