Would you like to join the Happiness Industry? We are looking for a Reservations Agent to be part of the opening team of a new hotel in Rotterdam, Netherlands. You will be responsible for managing individual and group reservations through phone, email, and online channels. Your tasks will include ensuring accurate data entry, room allocation, and reservation follow-up, as well as providing detailed information about rates, availability, services, and hotel facilities. You will handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests while coordinating with Front Office, Revenue Management, and Sales to optimize occupancy and revenue. Additionally, you will assist in creating and implementing reservation procedures for the hotel opening, ensuring compliance with brand standards and delivering excellent customer service. Supporting reporting tasks and maintaining reservation records will also be part of your role.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Reservations Agent or in Front Office roles.
• Experience in hotel openings is highly valued.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Dutch; Spanish is highly valued.
• Knowledge of PMS and reservation systems is a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.
