At Conferentiehotel Kontakt der Kontinenten, we pride ourselves on being a versatile conference hotel, welcoming a diverse range of guests and requests daily. From meetings and training sessions to congresses and exciting events with overnight stays, our extensive facilities offer numerous possibilities. This keeps our reservations department constantly challenged to create tailored quotes, conduct inspiring tours, and proactively advise and inform clients about our options.

In this role, you will experience the tranquility of our beautiful surroundings alongside the hustle of ringing phones and overflowing inboxes. You will communicate with clients via phone and email, welcoming them for tours. Your goal is to build lasting relationships with clients while always seeking commercial opportunities. You will process customer requests, provide advice, and collaborate on solutions.

What We Offer

A gross salary between €2,645.47 and €3,289.31 (based on a 38-hour workweek, Hospitality CAO function group 6)

Requirements

You are available for 38 hours a week
You have proven yourself in a similar role within the hospitality industry
You possess empathy and persuasive skills
You are an enthusiastic and passionate organizational talent
