The Role

As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will communicate with customers via phone and email in Dutch, assisting clients with new reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and general travel inquiries. You will provide tailored mobility solutions based on customer needs and deliver excellent customer service through professional and friendly communication.

Responsibilities

• Represent a well-known international car rental brand

• Assist clients with:

• Provide tailored mobility solutions based on customer needs

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (C1 level or higher)
• Good English skills for internal communication
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• No previous experience required — full training is provided
