The Role

As a Flexible Relocation Consultant, you will support various markets during business surges, ensuring quality customer experiences. You'll collaborate with third-party consultants and PerchPeek’s Network Manager to meet customer needs while adhering to our service level agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with relocators throughout their journey as their main point of contact, delegating tasks when necessary.
• Communicate with relocators via the PerchPeek app and through consultative calls to understand their needs and provide guidance.
• Handle complex inquiries and escalate issues as needed to ensure optimal outcomes for relocators.
• Provide timely expertise on all aspects of relocation and life in the destination country.
• Support relocators in understanding and complying with their company’s relocation policies.
• Recommend and coordinate additional relocation services as required.
• Maintain data accuracy for effective analysis and reporting.
• Support process improvements and engage with new tools and processes.
• Delegate tasks to third-party consultants and monitor service delivery quality.
• Familiarize yourself with PerchPeek’s products and guide relocators in using the Relocator App.
• Contribute to the development of the PerchPeek content library and collaborate with other coaches for problem-solving.

Requirements

• Availability during GMT/CET business hours.
• Fluency in verbal and written English; knowledge of major cities and lifestyle norms in the UK and Europe.
• Previous relocation experience is not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Helpful languages: French, Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese, or knowledge of the MENA region.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage expectations.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to challenges and customer needs.
• Comfort in ambiguous situations and resilience in adapting to change.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.
