We are seeking a Policy Analyst to conduct research, analyze, and write on policy issues relevant to our organization. This position merges in-depth research skills with exceptional writing abilities to create clear and actionable policy recommendations.

The Role

As a Policy Analyst, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Researching and analyzing legislation, regulation, and policy trends in designated areas.
• Writing policy briefs, position papers, and recommendation memos.
• Developing models or scenario analyses to assess policy options.
• Monitoring key bills, regulatory proceedings, and policy developments.
• Collaborating with public affairs, legal, and product teams on cross-functional matters.
• Supporting stakeholder engagement and external policy communications.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Over 3 years of experience in policy analysis, research, or government roles.
• Strong research capabilities utilizing both primary and secondary sources.
• Excellent written communication skills, particularly in policy writing.
• Familiarity with quantitative analysis and basic modeling techniques.
• Comfort in engaging with regulators, advocates, and academic audiences.
• A Master's degree in public policy, economics, or a related field is advantageous.
