We are seeking a Personal Financial Advisor to assist individuals and families with comprehensive financial planning. This position requires a blend of in-depth planning expertise and the ability to foster empathetic, long-term relationships with clients.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed financial plans that encompass investments, retirement, tax, and estate considerations. You will recommend and implement strategies tailored to meet each client's unique goals, conduct annual reviews, and manage ongoing portfolio rebalancing. Additionally, you will build and expand your client base through referrals and proactive outreach while ensuring compliance with fiduciary, regulatory, and disclosure requirements. Thorough documentation of client interactions and recommendations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial plans covering investments, retirement, tax, and estate.

Requirements

• Active Series 7 / Series 65 or 66 (or equivalent licenses).
• Minimum of 3 years in personal financial advisory or wealth management.
• CFP designation is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and planning capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and client engagement.
• Proven success in increasing assets under management (AUM) and nurturing long-term client relationships.
