Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, looking for a Mechanical Engineer to work remotely on a contract basis. This position involves developing and optimizing mechanical systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and test mechanical components and systems to meet project requirements. • Create technical drawings, schematics, and documentation using CAD software. • Conduct structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics simulations to validate designs. • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure cost-effective production and quality control. • Perform failure analysis and recommend design improvements based on testing results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar software. • Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials science, and industry standards. • Ability to interpret and apply technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
