We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to effectively close mid-market deals from start to finish, leveraging phone and video communications. This role merges the prospecting enthusiasm of a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with the closing capabilities of an Account Executive (AE), enabling quick cycles for high-velocity revenue generation.

The Role

• Manage the entire sales process remotely, from initial contact to closing deals.
• Create a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting and handling qualified inbound leads.
• Conduct discovery calls, deliver engaging product demonstrations, and prepare tailored proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms within established commercial guidelines.
• Ensure pipeline accuracy and maintain effective forecasting in the CRM.
• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, full-cycle SDR, or junior AE positions.
• Proven success in meeting quotas within a fast-paced sales environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong presence on phone and video calls.
• Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies and disciplined activity management.
• Resilient, coachable, and driven by performance-based compensation.
