We are looking for an ESL Teacher to provide English instruction to non-native speakers across different age groups. This position requires a blend of effective teaching techniques and a nurturing presence to help students gain confidence in using English.

The Role

As an ESL Teacher, you will conduct both one-on-one and group lessons through video conferencing. You will plan lessons that cater to learners' specific goals, whether they are conversational, business-oriented, or focused on exam preparation. Your responsibilities will include providing feedback on pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary, tracking student progress through assessments, and maintaining accurate session notes and lesson plans. You will need to adapt your teaching style to accommodate various age groups, proficiency levels, and cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group English lessons via video.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with learner objectives (conversational, business, exam preparation).
• Offer feedback on pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.

Requirements

• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification.
• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• Minimum of 2 years of ESL teaching experience.
• Native or near-native fluency in English.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital tools.
