We are seeking an English Language Specialist (Transcription) to join one of our clients on a contract basis. This role requires transcribing and editing audio content with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe audio files into accurate written English text with appropriate formatting. • Edit and proofread transcriptions for grammar, punctuation, and clarity. • Ensure compliance with client-specific guidelines and transcription standards. • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information discreetly. • Meet deadlines for assigned transcription deliverables.

Requirements

• Fluent in English with strong listening comprehension skills. • Previous experience in transcription, editing, or proofreading roles. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to adhere to structured guidelines. • Typing proficiency with a minimum speed of 60 words per minute. • Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
