We are seeking a contract Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and validate electrical systems for impactful projects across multiple sectors. This position involves comprehensive engineering execution from concept through deployment, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Design and simulate electrical circuits, power systems, and control systems using industry-standard tools and methodologies. • Develop and review electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and wiring diagrams in accordance with project requirements and safety regulations. • Conduct failure mode analysis, root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions for electrical subsystems and components. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, software, and systems engineers, to integrate electrical components into complete product solutions. • Validate designs through prototyping, testing, and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant certifications and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in electrical system design and development. • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in designing and troubleshooting analog and digital circuits, power distribution, and embedded systems. • Proficiency in CAD tools such as Altium, KiCad, or similar for schematic capture and PCB layout. • Experience with simulation tools like SPICE, MATLAB, or Simulink for modeling and analysis of electrical systems. • Familiarity with industry standards including IEC, UL, and IPC for electrical safety, testing, and manufacturing. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues under tight deadlines. • Experience in Agile or structured engineering environments with version control systems like Git.
