In your role as Remote Concierge Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating seamless communication and logistics for AMFE guests. Your proactive support will contribute to memorable experiences that reflect AMFE's values during tours, festivals, and special events.

• Act as the primary contact for clients and guests during tours, managing travel, event, and leisure arrangements.
• Plan and support all travel logistics to ensure smooth experiences for guests and the team.
• Anticipate and address guest needs, preferences, and concerns, ensuring prompt and high-standard service.
• Serve as the definitive source of information regarding guests, locations, and needs.
• Bridge communication between guests and the AMFE team, providing timely updates on travel and events.
• Delegate tasks efficiently within the AMFE team, ensuring completion within agreed timeframes.
• Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, maintaining smooth logistics and service consistency.
• Uphold health and safety standards for guests and staff while ensuring quality control.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance guest experiences and service delivery.
• Monitor guest feedback and refine service strategies to consistently meet expectations.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on guest interactions and activities.
• Maintain accurate records and process mapping within integrated platforms.

Vereisten

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in events, arts, or entertainment, focusing on artist travel and touring logistics.
• Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry, preferably with hotel concierge experience (BA/BSc in Hospitality or Business preferred).
• Exceptional customer service skills with experience managing clients’ travel, accommodations, and bespoke requests.
• Excellent written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and listening skills, especially with high-profile clients.
• Proven problem-solving ability and confidence in managing expectations under pressure.
• Strong leadership skills and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to meet strict response-time standards (initial response within 5 minutes; updates every 3 hours).
