Responsibilities
• Design and create computational frameworks for processing large-scale biological datasets. • Utilize machine learning techniques to model biological systems and predict outcomes. • Develop algorithms for genomic, proteomic, or other high-throughput biological data. • Interpret results and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. • Keep up-to-date with advancements in computational biology, bioinformatics, and related tools.
Requirements
• PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related field with relevant research experience. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or C++ for data analysis and modeling. • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow or PyTorch. • Strong background in statistical analysis and experimental design for biological data. • Familiarity with bioinformatics software suites like BLAST, Bowtie, or similar tools. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting project deadlines.
