We are hiring multiple Remote Cold Callers immediately. You will be instrumental in helping US businesses find applicants from various countries for remote job opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging leads through high-volume calls and qualifying prospects.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage outbound call lists to engage leads and prospects.
• Conduct high-volume cold calls to introduce and promote products or services.
• Qualify prospects to assess their interest and suitability.
• Handle objections effectively to maintain the flow of conversation.
• Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the closing team.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Cold Caller or in a related role.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat personality.
• Team player willing to listen to feedback and improve.

What We Offer

• Compensation of $1400-$2500 USD per month plus commissions.
