Responsibilities

• Build and manage outbound call lists to engage leads and prospects.
• Conduct high-volume cold calls to introduce and promote products or services.
• Qualify prospects to assess their interest and suitability.
• Handle objections effectively to maintain the flow of conversation.
• Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the closing team.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Cold Caller or in a related role.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat personality.
• Team player willing to listen to feedback and improve.

Nice to Have

• Experience with high-volume dialing and script management.
• Familiarity with power dialers like Kixie or PhoneBurner.
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Expertise in call scripting and objection handling frameworks.
• Ability to track call performance using tools like CallRail.
