We are looking for a Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, and settle insurance claims. This role requires a blend of investigative skills and empathetic communication to efficiently and fairly move claims to resolution.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Investigating claims by reviewing documentation, conducting interviews, and gathering evidence.
• Evaluating coverage, liability, and damages against policy terms.
• Negotiating and settling claims within authority limits.
• Coordinating with attorneys, medical providers, and third-party experts as needed.
• Maintaining accurate and timely claim file documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with state insurance regulations and unfair claims practices.

Requirements

• Active adjuster license in your jurisdiction.
• 2+ years of experience in claims adjusting (auto, property, casualty, or workers' compensation).
• Strong investigative and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with claims management systems (Guidewire, Duck Creek, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with a strong discipline in file documentation.
