We are looking for a Business Analyst who will act as a bridge between business requirements and technical execution. This remote position requires collaboration across teams to gather requirements, model processes, and deliver the necessary analysis and documentation to turn ideas into implemented systems.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Collecting, documenting, and translating business requirements into precise technical specifications.
• Modeling both existing and proposed processes using flowcharts, BPMN, and similar tools.
• Facilitating workshops with stakeholders to define project scopes and align expectations.
• Creating dashboards and reports that monitor KPIs and project results.
• Collaborating with engineering and product teams on solution design and acceptance criteria.
• Conducting user acceptance testing and supporting post-launch adoption efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or consulting.
• Proficient in SQL and experienced with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Exceptional written communication and structured documentation skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across various functions and levels.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
