We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Chemistry Expert (PhD/Master's) to work on a full-time basis. You will be involved in projects to help fine-tune large language models using your strong analytical and English comprehension skills. The role requires breaking down complex chemistry problems into clear explanations and working efficiently with AI tools to enhance analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and solve advanced chemistry problems at the postgraduate level, incorporating text, images, chemical equations, diagrams, and visual representations. • Analyze and elucidate complex organic reaction mechanisms through textual descriptions and annotated chemical structures. • Address problems involving chemical equilibrium, reaction progress, and energy diagrams using both text and visual aids. • Tackle challenging issues in stoichiometry, thermodynamics, organic chemistry, and electrochemistry typical of engineering entrance exams or college-level courses. • Collaborate with AI systems to refine and improve model performance for chemistry-related applications.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in chemistry comparable to PhD-level programs or equivalent expertise. • Ability to simplify complex chemistry concepts into clear explanations. • Proficiency in creating detailed explanations for advanced chemistry problems. • Experience with chemical equations, diagrams, and visual representations. • Familiarity with stoichiometry, thermodynamics, organic chemistry, and electrochemistry. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance analytical and explanatory work. • Excellent written English comprehension and communication skills. • Experience in creating educational or explanatory content for chemistry topics. • Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently.
