Verantwoordelijkheden
• Beheren en stroomlijnen van administratieve workflows voor kantooroperaties. • Ondersteunen van cross-functionele teams door documentatie, communicatie en planning te beheren. • Zorgen voor naleving van organisatiebeleid en wettelijke vereisten. • Helpen bij het volgen en rapporteren van kantoorgerelateerde statistieken en prestaties. • Coördineren met leveranciers en interne belanghebbenden voor een soepele werking.
Vereisten
• Ervaring in kantooradministratie of verwante administratieve functies is vereist. • Vaardigheid in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is vereist. • Sterke organisatorische en tijdmanagementvaardigheden zijn vereist. • Vermogen om vertrouwelijke informatie discreet te behandelen is vereist. • Bekendheid met basisboekhouding of financiële tracking is een pré.
