The Role
As a Relocation Consultant at RelocAid, you will coordinate housing searches, arrange property viewings, and advise clients on local neighborhoods and amenities. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that expatriates settle quickly and comfortably.
Requirements
- Strong consulting skills in Property Consulting and general Consulting to advise clients on housing options and relocation needs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for effective interaction with expatriates and external partners.
- Familiarity with real estate practices, local housing markets, and rental procedures.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch and other languages is a plus.
- Client-focused mindset with cultural sensitivity and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment.
- Relevant experience in relocation, real estate, or a related field is beneficial.
