The Role

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee all field sales activities and be responsible for the performance and development of a team of Business Development Managers. Your role will involve motivating and engaging the team daily to help them achieve their targets and personal development goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage KPIs for the sales function.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Ensure sales quality meets required standards.
• Support and guide the team as needed.
• Conduct one-to-one meetings to assist team members in achieving their development goals.
• Recruit and onboard new team members.
• Organize and promote team initiatives while contributing new ideas.
• Lead and support projects as necessary.
• Provide updates and improvements on projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive work environment and team spirit.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach across all functions.
