In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our Textile Services business by acquiring new accounts and nurturing existing ones. Your primary focus will be on promoting HID Acuity, our RFID-based linen management solution, targeting customers in the hospitality, industrial laundry, and linen supplier sectors.

The Role

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will:

Build a robust sales pipeline within the Hospitality, Linen Supplier, and Industrial Laundry sectors.
Identify and develop new opportunities within current accounts.
Collaborate with leadership, regional sales, product management, and marketing to drive growth initiatives.
Accurately forecast sales and meet defined quotas, both personally and for regional teams.
Represent HID at trade shows and events, preparing and executing presentations as needed.
Provide competitive analytics to regional sales managers and stakeholders.
Continuously review sales results and implement action plans for underperforming accounts.
Offer training and support to regional sales teams and business development.
Manage leads, opportunities, and forecasts using Salesforce.
