Thales is a leading provider of innovative CIAM solutions, dedicated to delivering cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in Europe.

The Role

As the Regional Sales Manager for CIAM, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders within our existing customer base. Your focus will be on promoting our innovative solutions to enhance our market presence in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges and how OneWelcome’s services can help them succeed.
• Drive customer engagement and product adoption, addressing minor issues quickly and escalating when necessary.
• Network with accounts and their advisors to execute customer blueprints and contribute to strategic goals.
• Identify and develop opportunities for additional OneWelcome services.
• Manage the contract renewal cycle and minimize customer attrition.
• Ensure Service Management Agreements and Operational Agreements are in place, managing service delivery and overall service experience.
• Foster win-win relationships with stakeholders, ensuring exemplary service and understanding of their needs.

Requirements

• BA/BS or MSc with 5+ years of key account/service management experience (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies and database concepts.
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills, with the ability to mediate conflicts.
• Experience leading executive meetings and workshops.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and balance competing priorities.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, with willingness to travel within Europe.
• Familiarity with CIAM solutions and the security ecosystem is a plus.

• Proven success in achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Previous experience selling cloud-based security products.
