The Payroll Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) play a crucial role in managing payroll outcomes for clients in their respective countries. This position requires close collaboration with Regional SMEs and ADP to support payroll operations, maintain accuracy and compliance, and ensure seamless payroll delivery across the UK, the Netherlands, and Thailand within the Celergo payroll framework.
Responsibilities
- Lead the payroll workstream for the client across the UK, Netherlands, and Thailand.
- Represent the client in the design of Lyric Payroll for the US and Canada, covering aspects such as earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, GL mapping, pay calendars, and year-end processes.
- Define payroll requirements that are influenced by HR, Benefits, ACA, Leave Administration, and Workforce Suite (time-to-pay).
- Review payroll data conversion mapping, ensuring accuracy of year-to-date balances and historical data.
- Plan and execute payroll comparison (parallel) testing, conduct variance analysis, and resolve discrepancies with ADP.
- Establish payroll go-live readiness criteria and assist with the final conversion process.
- Support the initial live payroll runs and stabilization, including reconciliation and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with Regional SMEs and the Celergo workstream to ensure all countries adhere to a unified design and testing approach.
