Requirements

• Proven experience with recruitment marketing platforms and applicant tracking systems. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms for tracking campaign performance. • Strong copywriting and content creation skills for job descriptions and recruitment materials. • Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies to improve job visibility. • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights.
