The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our Globen Professionals business unit. In this crucial role, you will help expand our presence in green provision, infrastructure, and technical industries by sourcing, screening, and placing qualified MBO- and HBO-level professionals. You will play a key role in our growth strategy, managing relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from initial contact to placement. Your daily tasks will involve conducting interviews, crafting engaging job advertisements, and connecting with candidates and clients to understand their needs. Collaboration with team members will be vital as you explore ways to enhance our service offerings and strengthen our market position. This role provides a unique opportunity to develop your recruitment skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your contributions directly impact the success of our clients and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and comprehend the core needs and desires of clients to develop accurate candidate profiles.
• Create engaging and tailored job postings for online job boards and social media.
• Source, interview, and present suitable candidates, focusing on MBO- and HBO-level professionals.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network, ensuring ongoing engagement and communication.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process with clear and professional communication.
• Manage administrative tasks accurately and ensure seamless coordination among all stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to enhance our service offerings and business unit performance.
• Maintain a proactive approach to sourcing and relationship management to achieve recruitment targets.

Qualifications

• HBO work and thinking level (higher professional education).
• Proven experience in recruitment or sales is preferred.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience in achieving goals.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for connecting people and opportunities.
