In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige wervings- en selectieproces binnen de gemeente Houten. Je adviseert leidinggevenden over de wervingsaanpak en zorgt voor een professioneel en prettig proces. Je werkt nauw samen met HR-adviseurs en de personeelsadministratie om vacatures in te vullen. Daarnaast ontwikkel je heldere arbeidsmarktcommunicatie en zorg je ervoor dat vacatures zichtbaar zijn bij de juiste doelgroepen via passende kanalen. Je denkt mee over manieren om bestaande en nieuwe doelgroepen beter te bereiken.
