We are looking for a Recruiter to take charge of the entire hiring process across multiple functions. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to define the ideal candidate profile, source potential candidates, conduct thorough interviews, and successfully close offers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer for various roles
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct outreach
• Evaluate candidates for skills, motivation, and cultural fit
• Organize interview loops and collect structured feedback from hiring panels
• Negotiate offers and support candidates through to their start date
• Monitor funnel metrics and enhance conversion rates at each stage

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in full-cycle recruiting (either in-house or agency)
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS (such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
• Strong sourcing abilities, including Boolean and X-ray search techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with stakeholder management
• Data-driven approach; you analyze your funnel and respond accordingly
• A genuine passion for hiring top talent, rather than merely filling positions
