Wij zijn op zoek naar invalcollega’s die ons af en toe kunnen ondersteunen. Binnen de receptie zijn de roosters en vakantie van tevoren bekend, dus kun jij als invalcollega van tevoren zien welke ruimte er in het rooster er voor jou is om te werken. Is er even wat minder werk, dan bestaat de mogelijkheid om op een andere locatie van Saffier in te vallen.
De Rol
Als receptioniste/telefoniste ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verwelkomen van bewoners, bezoekers en leveranciers. Je beheert de telefonie en post, en verricht lichte administratieve taken. In het WoonZorgPark Loosduinen is er een kleine winkel voor onze bewoners, waar jij zorgt dat alles op orde is en verantwoordelijk bent voor de afrekeningen aan de kassa. Tevens houd je toezicht op de brand- en storingsmelders.
