The Role:

Your role combines exceptional hospitality with operational coordination, acting as the essential link that ensures every workday flows smoothly and feels genuinely welcoming.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist candidates, new employees, suppliers, and visitors with a warm smile, directing them where they need to go.
Manage all communication as the central point for phone calls and emails, answering questions and ensuring seamless information flow.
Oversee visitor passes, parking permits, and office supplies, coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, while maintaining an impeccable reception area, mailroom, and printer rooms.
Proactively identify and report issues, ensuring a safe working environment through your knowledge of emergency response and safety procedures.
