De Rol:

As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will ensure they feel welcomed and maintain that positive feeling throughout their stay. You will be responsible for:

• Checking in and out guests.
• Being the go-to person for all hotel inquiries.
• Representing the face of our hotel. You will handle special requests, such as celebrating anniversaries, and ensure smooth communication with your colleagues during busy hours.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

• Provide a warm welcome to guests upon arrival.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide clear directions.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere, even during complaints.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure seamless operations.

This position includes morning and afternoon shifts, starting at 07:00 and 15:00 respectively. Night shifts are outsourced.
