In the role of Receptionist/Coordinator for the Visitor Center and Grolsch Shop (28-32 hours), you will be the face of Grolsch for our visitors. Your goal is to provide each visitor with a unique experience, ensuring they leave the brewery as true ambassadors of Grolsch. You will ensure a warm welcome, process reservations, support the operations of the Grolsch Shop, and perform various administrative tasks. You are a key link within the Visitor Center, ensuring everything runs smoothly both behind the scenes and in front. Thanks to your organizational talent, service-oriented attitude, and commercial insight, visitors can fully enjoy their visit to our brewery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, organization, and administrative processing of tours, events, and other activities within the Visitor Center, including reservations, payments, invoicing, and visitor registration.
• Be the first point of contact for visitors, welcoming them warmly and providing information about brewery tours, packages, and catering options through various communication channels.
• Support the operations of the Grolsch Shop, including inventory management, orders, attractive displays, and sales-promoting activities.
• Assist in coordinating Tour Guides, process their time administration, and take on a guiding role in the absence of the Senior Tour Guide.
• Actively contribute to improving processes, activities, and the overall visitor experience.

We are looking for a Receptionist/Coordinator who combines hospitality with organizational talent! You are someone who easily switches between administrative tasks, planning, sales, and visitor contact. Even during busy moments, you maintain an overview. With your service-oriented attitude and communication skills, you ensure that all visitors feel welcome and create opportunities to make them even more enthusiastic about Grolsch and our other brands. You work independently, are proactive, and think in solutions to ensure everything runs smoothly both in front of and behind the scenes.

Requirements:

• You have an MBO degree in an administrative/commercial field, such as Tourism or Hospitality.
• You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in hospitality and/or retail.
• You possess excellent communication skills and have a good command of Dutch and English, preferably also German.
• You have an affinity for administrative processes and experience with programs such as Microsoft Office, reservation software, SAP, and POS systems.
• You are customer-oriented, presentable, commercially minded, and naturally service-oriented.
