In this role, you'll be the face of Moxy Hotels, ensuring guests feel welcomed and at home. Your responsibilities will include managing hotel room inventory, checking guests in and out, and operating food and beverage outlets while adhering to our unique Moxy standards.

The Role
As a Receptionist/Bartender, you will:
- Assist guests and create positive experiences.
- Manage hotel room inventory and check guests in/out the Moxy way.
- Operate food and beverage outlets according to Moxy standards.
- Handle all billing and payments accurately.
- Prepare food, maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and organize back-of-house areas.
- Follow food safety, licensing, and health policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support fellow Crew Members and adhere to directions from Crew Leaders.
- Promote the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.
Requirements
- High energy and a proactive, do-it-yourself attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging with guests.
- Ability to multitask effectively while providing exceptional service.
- Clear communication skills in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in the service industry.
- Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros.
- Knowledge of food safety and licensing laws.
- Personal travel experience is beneficial.
