• You are a practically oriented researcher with strong analytical thinking skills, showing great interest in integrated photonics and advanced technologies for chip packaging and integration.
• You hold a master's degree or PhD in Optical Technology, Technical Physics, Materials Science, or a related scientific field.
• You have several years of work experience in integrated photonics or micro-optical assembly.
• You are interested in experimental research and enjoy working in a laboratory environment.
• Experience with advanced packaging technologies, such as flip-chip assembly or wafer-level packaging, is a significant advantage.
• You have experience with optical simulation programs, such as Zemax, Lumerical, or similar software.
• You possess practical experience in testing and measuring optical systems and using measurement equipment.
• You can effectively collaborate within multidisciplinary research teams.
• You have strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
