The Role
Become a part of Kerry's Food Protection & Preservation R&D team and contribute to the advancement of food safety, shelf life, and clean-label preservation technologies.
As an R&D Scientist specializing in Food Microbiology, you will spearhead microbiological research and application studies that support both current products and the creation of new solutions aimed at controlling spoilage organisms and pathogens. You will work with a variety of food systems to generate scientific insights, validate product efficacy, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for both colleagues and customers.
This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with global R&D teams across Europe and APMEA while contributing to innovative technologies that enable our customers to provide safer and more sustainable food products.
