Team Process

Riwald Recycling processes hundreds of thousands of tons of waste materials annually, including E-waste and large items like trains and airplanes, recycling them into over 150 types of sustainable raw materials. Our expertise and advanced separation technologies position us as a leader in addressing global environmental challenges. We align our sustainability strategies with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and leverage innovative technologies for maximum material recovery. Our Team Process handles all administrative and logistical tasks related to purchasing, weighing, quality control, processing, and sales support, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

What will you do?

As a Quality Manager, you will monitor, assess, and optimize the quality of incoming and outgoing material flows. You will serve as a vital link between production, site staff, transport, customers, and management, ensuring the right qualities are produced, sorted, stored, and prepared for transport on time. You will assess and classify material qualities based on product specifications and customer agreements. Close coordination with production and site staff regarding available qualities and material flow planning is essential. You will also monitor contractual agreements, tonnages, freight, deliveries, and other conditions. We are looking for a full-time employee who is accurate, stress-resistant, flexible, collegial, and eager for career growth.

Job Requirements

MBO working and thinking level.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Dutch; German and English are a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferably experienced with MS Office and administrative tasks.
Knowledge of various ferrous, non-ferrous, WEEE, and grit types.
Familiarity with transport is advantageous.
Residing near Almelo.
