Houten | 24 to 40 hours | €4,500 to €5,500 gross per month | Company car included. In this role, you will combine quality management with hands-on inspections, keeping you engaged in practical work.
The Role:
As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving internal quality. You will work closely with management and the quality coordinator, having ample freedom to implement improvements independently. Your tasks will include:
- Managing and enhancing the quality system and quality manual.
- Organizing and conducting internal audits.
- Preparing and assisting with audits by the Accreditation Council.
- Translating legislation and standards into practical procedures.
- Evaluating inspection reports and ensuring the quality of inspections.
- Identifying and implementing improvements within the organization.
The position consists of at least 24 hours of quality management per week. If you wish to work more hours, you can expand this with inspection activities in the flex industry. Experience as an SNA Inspector is not necessary, as internal training will be provided.
