Ben jij de gedreven professional die ons productieproces naar een hoger niveau tilt? Als Quality Inspector ben jij onmisbaar binnen onze Quality Control afdeling. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt door inspecties uit te voeren, meetgegevens te beoordelen en kwaliteitsregistraties of afwijkingen te rapporteren. Met jouw kennis en expertise ben je het aanspreekpunt voor operationele kwaliteit en geef je waardevolle feedback aan je collega's.
De Rol:
Als Quality Inspector ben je dagelijks bezig met een breed scala aan taken:
- Productmetingen en beoordelingen: Je voert diverse metingen uit, zoals CMM-metingen, visuele beoordelingen en interpreteert meetwaardes tijdens ingangs-, tussen- en eindcontroles. Het juiste gebruik van meetgereedschappen is daarbij essentieel;
- Interne klachten afhandelen: Je behandelt interne klachten door middel van een 8D-rapport;
- Administratieve taken: Je verwerkt gegevens in onder andere AX, Office en ons kwaliteitssysteem;
- Problemen herkennen en verbeteren: Je signaleert problemen en initieert verbeteringen;
- Samenwerken: Je werkt nauw samen met de afdeling Quality Engineering om lopende issues aan te pakken.
