We are seeking a Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health Specialist (QESH) to support our operations in the Breda area. Reporting to the Regional QESH Manager, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving our QESH management system across the operation.

The Role

As a QESH Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our QESH management system, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, company policies, and applicable standards. You will coordinate audits, inspections, and compliance assessments across warehouse operations, conduct risk assessments, support incident investigations, and monitor QESH performance data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the QESH management system.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and compliance assessments across operations.
• Conduct risk assessments and support incident investigations.
• Monitor QESH performance data and provide recommendations.
• Deliver QESH briefings, training sessions, and awareness campaigns.
• Support internal and external audits, including ISO standards.
• Champion sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
• Support emergency preparedness and incident response processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, preferably technical.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of QESH management systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental management.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Proactive approach with high standards of quality and integrity.
