In this role, you will monitor and control Field Production Quality in alignment with company standards and targets. You will follow the Field Production Quality policy and procedures, communicate and gather information for policy improvements, and implement planned testing and inspection activities. Your responsibilities will include conducting Field Inspections and GOT activities to meet standard requirements, coordinating with Field Production/Foundation, and reporting to your superior. You will also engage in new technology activities as assigned, ensuring all actions remain within the provided budget. Additionally, you will provide field quality data and update your superior on the status, prepare Field Quality data for weekly and monthly reports, and handle QA Lab and QMS tasks as assigned. Compliance with HSEQ standards and policies is essential, and you will conduct training on quality standards for growers. Customer engagement will involve visiting dealers and farmers to gather feedback and understand customer requirements, with approximately 70% of your time spent in the field.
