Quality Assurance Specialist

Analyse production processes, quality performance, and operational data to uncover opportunities for improvement. Conduct statistical quality and process control to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformities through structured root cause analysis methodologies. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions. Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, efficiency, and process stability. Prepare weekly and monthly quality performance reports, and produce customer-facing technical reports, including test results, audit findings, and quality documentation. Support the maintenance, optimization, and compliance of the Quality Management System (QMS), while fostering a culture of quality awareness, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Drive quality excellence across manufacturing and engineering, leading improvements through data, insight, and action.
