We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager who wants to grow and develop our quality further with the scope of our licenses.

You will work at our facility in Soesterberg 5 days a week, closely collaborating with colleagues across different departments, including the Warehouse and Quality team.

Wat je meebrengt

We are looking for someone who combines:

Knowledge of and experience with GDP guidelines
Knowledge of the market in which Grovet operates
Knowledge of pharmacy and/or wholesale distribution
Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages
Confidence in using Microsoft Office, Software Technology, and other IT systems
A self-starting attitude with ownership, accountability, and a growth mindset
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
HBO/WO working and thinking level in pharmacy, biomedical sciences, or health sciences
RP/WQP Qualification preferred, but not essential; willingness to train to RP level after a probation period is ideal.

Jouw rol

You will be responsible for developing and driving our quality culture promise across Grovet B.V. and ensuring that regulations and guidelines in line with our license are followed. You will:

Keep up to date with (changes in) laws and regulations to ensure compliance with the EU Veterinary Medicinal Products Regulation 2019/6.
Prepare and conduct audits in line with GDP, ensuring internal and external audits are carried out carefully and corrective measures are taken if necessary.
Monitor and supervise compliance with GDP guidelines within the organization to ensure Grovet consistently delivers high-quality products to the market.
Provide training and information to relevant employees to ensure accurate adherence to GDP guidelines and EU Veterinary Medicinal Products Regulation 2019/6.
Lead the quality team development and work closely with the CEO and RP on future development of Grovet's quality management system.

Please note that this role will also involve being the point of contact for quality concerns outside of normal working hours on a shared rota. Details of this can be discussed at the interview.
