Als QSH Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitzetten van de organisatiebrede koers op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid en gezondheid. Je hebt directe invloed op verbeterprocessen en zorgt ervoor dat deze waarden in de dagelijkse samenwerking worden geïntegreerd.
Hoe zorg je ervoor dat 1.400 technische specialisten in verschillende markten vanuit één sterke visie op kwaliteit en veiligheid werken? Als QSH Manager zet jij de organisatiebrede koers uit en krijg je collega’s mee in verbeteringen. Kwaliteit staat hoog op de agenda van Iv, niet omdat we certificaten aan de muur willen hangen, maar omdat we ons werk steeds een stukje beter willen doen. In deze rol heb je direct invloed op hoe we dat als organisatie aanpakken. Je brengt wetgeving, normen en onze ambities samen in een QSH-aanpak die duidelijk én werkbaar is. Daarmee geef je directie en management grip op risico’s en verbeterkansen en help je de organisatie om steeds een stap beter te worden.
