• Conduct routine testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples.
• Perform environmental and facilities monitoring, along with microbiological testing.
• Assist with method transfer, verification, and validation testing.
• Verify data, review GMP documentation, and support general methods.
• Participate in document revisions, project tasks, CAPA, and deviations/investigations.
• Train analysts on general job duties.
• Complete other assigned tasks as needed.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in a scientific field.
• MLO level 4 required in the Netherlands.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant microbiological testing or QC experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Proven experience with microbiological techniques.
• Strong understanding of Global Regulatory and cGMP requirements.
• Familiarity with LIMS, ELN, and laboratory data analysis systems is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
• Effective communication skills with peers and management.
• Experience in writing technical documents is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg) and push or maneuver carts for material transport.
• Frequent pipetting and laboratory tasks, including extended periods of seated work.
• Capability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) for prolonged periods.
• Safe handling of chemical disinfectants and hazardous materials.
• Work in a Biosafety Level 2 (BSL-2) environment.
• Responsible for adhering to EHSS procedures and safety protocols.

This role requires on-site presence and shift work; remote work is not available.
