We are seeking a skilled QA/QC Officer specialized in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) to join a significant industrial project. This role is crucial for ensuring the implementation and adherence to the QA/QC management system on-site, aligning with internal, contractual, and international standards.

The Role

As a QA/QC Officer, you will take ownership of the E&I QA/QC system on-site, representing E&C Solutions with clients, partners, and subcontractors regarding all E&I QA/QC matters. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance of electrical and instrumentation works with internal and international standards, managing QA/QC interfaces, and conducting site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accountability for the E&I QA/QC system on-site.
• Represent E&C Solutions with clients and subcontractors on E&I QA/QC issues.
• Ensure compliance of electrical and instrumentation works with standards.
• Manage QA/QC interfaces between disciplines and subcontractors.
• Perform and supervise site inspections for E&I installations.
• Participate in technical audits and monitor corrective actions.
• Review and approve subcontractors’ construction quality documentation.
• Contribute to E&I quality dossiers as requested by the QA/QC Manager.
• Produce detailed reports on QA/QC activities and trends.
• Liaise with local authorities and inspection bodies.
• Contribute to project consistency with a multidisciplinary approach.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar QA/QC role in an E&I industrial environment.
• Strong field experience in complex industrial construction projects.
• Understanding of multi-contractor and multidisciplinary environments.
• Knowledge of quality management systems for international projects.
• Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering and/or Instrumentation.
• Valid Electrical Safety Certification (H0B0) and Working at Height certification.
• ATEX certification required.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, IEC 61131-1, and NEN 1010.
• Fluent in English.
