We are seeking a skilled QA/QC Officer with expertise in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) to join a significant industrial project. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective implementation and adherence to the QA/QC management system on-site, aligning with internal, contractual, and international standards.

The Role

As a QA/QC Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining ownership and accountability for the E&I QA/QC system on-site. You will represent E&C Solutions in discussions with clients, partners, and subcontractors regarding all E&I QA/QC issues. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of electrical and instrumentation works with internal and international standards.
• Manage QA/QC interfaces among disciplines, partners, and subcontractors on-site.
• Perform and supervise site inspections related to E&I installations in coordination with construction supervisors.
• Participate in technical audits of contractors and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
• Review, comment on, and approve subcontractors’ construction quality documentation.
• Contribute to the compilation, review, and approval of E&I quality dossiers as requested by the QA/QC Manager.
• Produce accurate and actionable reports on QA/QC activities, non-conformities, trends, and quality milestone progress.
• Liaise with local authorities and accredited inspection bodies.
• Demonstrate a multidisciplinary approach to ensure consistency in project activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar QA/QC role within an E&I industrial environment.
• Strong field experience on complex industrial construction projects.
• Good understanding of multi-contractor and multidisciplinary project environments.
• Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering and/or Instrumentation.
• Valid Electrical Safety Certification (H0B0).
• Mandatory Working at Height certification.
• ATEX certification required.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Knowledge of IEC 61131-1 and NEN 1010.
• Fluent in English.
